Amanda Elise K. is a Dutch fashion photographer known for her minimal yet seductive imagery. Captured by her female gaze; Amanda provocatively composes each of her images as if they were taken somewhere in secret. Nothing is exaggerated, but significantly minimized through soft and subtle details, such as her indispensable use of light, and a touch of ’90s-sleek’. Together with her desire of a glamorous past and noir-like narratives, Amanda will continue to challenge the ‘’art of seduction’’ in her photographs and the intimate relations between desire and luxury. Pictures that seem almost out of our reach but still reachable.
